I'm looking for the original "La Vie En Rose" by Edith Piaf...... Basically, I think it is one of the most romantic songs I have ever heard. I LOVE the version by Rene Valentin on Trisomie 21's "The Official Bootleg". I have to admit that I even like Belinda Carlisle's English and French version on her new album.... (It's a guilty pleasure but it shows the power of an excellent song).
Is the Edith Piaf version the most romantic one? Is there a better version? If so, by who?
